- Asset management company Bitwise has officially launched a Solana staking Exchange Traded Product on the Deutsche Borse XETRA
Why it matters:
- Solana has been coming into focus in the traditional public markets lately, which has led to a flurry of applications with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to list spot Solana ETFs as well as publicly traded companies in Canada beginning to purchase Solana to hold directly as an asset
By the numbers:
- The new Exchange Traded Product for Solana from Bitwise offers a staking yield of approximately 6.48% annually
- Bitwise now has more than $10B USD in assets under management for their crypto focused ETFs in the United States of America
