- Cover leverages terahertz wave emitters and receivers operating at high frequencies to be able to scan individuals from up to 15 feet away and generates point cloud images that are then analyzed by artificial intelligence to determine if there is are weapons being concealed
- The technology being used by Cover was originally developed by NASA for space exploration and is exclusively licensed to Cover by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory
