- Cerebras Systems and Digi Power X’s new deal is structured for an initial 10 year term for a total value of $1.1B USD with a renewal option
- If Cerebras System were to exercise their renewal option with Digi Power X the total deal would be worth up to roughly $2.5B USD
Why it matters:
- This is the single largest deal for hosting artificial intelligence workloads that Digi Power X has ever landed

- Digi Power X will build the new data centre on land that they previously acquired and has already completed an on-site substation and grid interconnection with Alabama Power
