- Genesis AI is developing a large scale, general purpose artificial intelligence model for robotics that is focused on giving autonomous robots advanced perception and reasoning capabilities
- Genesis AI’s software is aiming to be able to be integrated with any type of robot that is focused on automating manual labour regardless of the specific hardware that is used
Why it matters:
- Genesis AI’s financing round was led by prominent venture capital funds Eclipse and Khosla Ventures and also included notable participation from former Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) leader Eric Schmidt
