  • Eagle Nuclear Energy (NASDAQ: NUCL) has officially completed their business combination with Spring Valley Acquisition Corp II and begun trading on the Nasdaq

Why it matters:

  • Eagle Nuclear Energy’s flagship asset known as the Aurora project is widely considered to be one of the largest conventional, measured and indicated uranium resources in the United States of America

Going deeper:

  • The Aurora project is located on the border of Oregon and Nevada and contains a near surface resource of approximately 50M pounds of uranium
  • Eagle Nuclear Energy has publicly stated that they plan to use the new growth capital from their SPAC deal to begin a modern drill program that will build off of more than 500 holes of historical drilling that have taken place at the Aurora project over the last five decades at the property
