About Denison Mines
Denison Mines Corp. operates as a uranium exploration and development company with primary assets concentrated in the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The company's flagship Wheeler River project represents the largest undeveloped uranium project in the infrastructure-rich eastern portion of the basin, where Denison holds an effective 95% interest. The project encompasses the Phoenix and Gryphon uranium deposits.
The company maintains a 22.5% ownership stake in the McClean Lake joint venture, which controls several uranium deposits and operates the McClean Lake uranium mill, one of the world's largest uranium processing facilities by licensed capacity. Denison also holds interests in the Midwest Main and Midwest A deposits through a joint venture arrangement, along with the Tthe Heldeth Túé deposit (formerly J Zone) and Huskie deposits located on the Waterbury Lake property.
Through its 50% ownership of JCU (Canada) Exploration Company, Limited, Denison participates in additional uranium project joint ventures across Canada. The company's portfolio strategy focuses on advancing development-stage assets while maintaining exposure to operating mill infrastructure and exploration properties within established uranium districts.
